Najib ganti Pak lah cepat pelupa

Menjelang pilihanraya kecil Kuala Terengganu akhir tahun 2008, UMNO cuba memenangi hati rakyat Terengganu dengan pendekatan memulangkan semula royalti petroleum Terengganu.

Segala-galanya masih baru. Tercatat di sana sini.

Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Dato' Sri Najib menyerahkan replika cek bernilai RM 408 juta kepada MB Terengganu - cek wang royalti untuk Terengganu. Royalti - bukan wang ehsan!

Pada majlis itu, Najib yang juga Menteri Kewangan menyerahkan cek bayaran royalti minyak berjumlah RM408.6 juta kepada Menteri Besar Terengganu Datuk Ahmad Said.

Turut hadir, Menteri Perdagangan Antarabangsa dan Industri Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Menteri Pelajaran Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein, Menteri Kemajuan Luar Bandar dan Wilayah Tan Sri Muhammad Muhd Taib, Menteri Penerangan Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek dan Ketua Wanita Umno Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz.

KUALA TERENGGANU, Dec 13 (Bernama) -- Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said Saturday the government has agreed in principle to the proposal by the Terengganu government to set up the Terengganu Investment Authority (TIA) with an initial fund of RM10 billion.

The deputy prime minister said the cabinet gave the nod for the proposal at its meeting Friday, reflecting a strong relation between the federal and state government.

"In principle, the proposal has been approved by the cabinet," he told reporters after handing over oil royalty payment to the Terengganu government here Saturday.

At the event, Najib, who is finance minister, handed over a cheque worth RM408.6 million in oil royalty to Menteri Besar Datuk Ahmad Said.

In his speech, Najib said, the cabinet felt that it was not proper to continuously pay out compassionate fund to Terengganu.

On the contrary, he said, the royalty should be paid in full so that Terengganu could utilise it to implement development programmes.

"We should not deprive the Terengganu people of their rights, neither should we give the impression that we are not confident of Terengganu's ability to manage the oil royalty," he said.

Asked whether the royalty payment would mean that there would be less allocation for development in Terengganu, Najib said, it would depend on several criteria including per capita income.

Speaking at another event, Najib said, Terengganu should be able to witness heightened economic activities following the royalty payment.

The state government could now spend more money on human capital development as well as projects to bring development to the people, he said.

"Terengganu will now have enough money to implement development programmes," he said in his speech at the Tengku Intan Zaharah Mosque, here.

Lihat apa Najib kata? ROYALTI!

Paling sedap apa dia kata: "We should not deprive the Terengganu people of their rights, neither should we give the impression that we are not confident of Terengganu's ability to manage the oil royalty," he said.

Di Parlimen, Najib kata kerana Terengganu dapat wang ehsan saja, Kelantan pun hanya akan diberi wang ehsan!

Tak sampai setahun Najib dah lupa?

Mana Press Sec PM? Mana Muhyidin dalam kabinet tak ingatkan PM bos dia dulu dah sebut wang ehsan dah, jadi royalti balik sekarang jadi ehsan balik. Mana PM nak letak muka? TPM pun lupa sama dahsyat dengan PM? Hishamuddin lagi lupa. Shabery Chik pun tak tolong ingatkan PM pada hal dia pun ada masa Najib umum Terengganu dapat royalti semula. Menteri apa macam ni?

Kalau pun PM perlu berbohong, para pegawai PM kenalah buat homework sikit. Janganlah biarkan PM tersungkur macam ni.

Semaklah sikit paper cutting tu. Biar nampak coherent. Nasihat PM biar elok, jangan tak buat kerja. Kalau saya jadi Najib, saya hantar pegawai macam ni pergi tambah kursus.

Sebab tu saya kata, tak usah kelentong jauh sangat, bayar saja royalti seperti perjanjian. Nanti Najib sama imej dengan Pak Lah. Pelupa!

Esok, Tan Sri Nor akan beraksi di Parlimen, perbahasan peringkat Jawatankuasa JPM. Ayuh, jangan Tan Sri Nor lupa apa Najib sendiri pernah kata. Rakan saya MP PR sudah tentu dah bersedia....
